A high-end 4-bedroom residential apartment, located on Palm Jumeirah, renovated to be transformed into a modern and luxurious home for the client and his young family. The apartment faces the sea, offering a breathtaking view of Dubai’s iconic skyline. This sophisticated apartment was ren­ovated to achieve modern luxury. The apartment consists of a large, open Formal Living and Dining Area including a bar, with a fireplace separating the spaces into two. It also consists of an entertainment room for the family to partake in vari­ous activities. The brief was to create a modern and luxurious space filled with unique elements and high-end materials and to ensure that efficient use was made of the open living space while making certain for it to not be overwhelming. Custom-made details were to be used along with rich accents to enhance the space further.
