Built on an acre of raw jungle, 200m from the beach, The Jungalows is a unique Surf & Fitness Retreat on the south coast of Sri Lanka. It is one of the first eco-surf, fitness & yoga retreats in the country. Welcome to Eco Luxury within the Sri Lankan Jungle with close proximity to the beach, with a focus on environmental sustainability and social responsibility. Surfing is at the heart of The Jungalows, with fitness programs that compliment the surfing, with an open air training center that overlooks a luxury pool. It is the perfect place to learn and practice those important surf specific stretches. The emphasis was to utilise local and repurposed materials that follow a vernacular style, even the swimming pool water is treated using a reverse osmosis system and heated using solar energy.
