Dar Al Hayat Development

A series of four commercial villas located on the shores of Palm Jumeirah, the development aims to create luxury garden homes that follow a coherent style and language. Each villa has a unique facade that consists of porcelain and metal cladding, but is part of a larger family identity. The design maximises livable spaces, with large panoramic glazing towards the beach.
